MedicScan Pro OCR is able to read both ID cards and insurance cards in a matter of seconds, and then the OCR opens a small window that includes all of the extracted text from the scanned source.
At this point, one can select parts or all of the text and copy/paste or drop/drag this information into the desired fields in your own software database, or programs such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
MedicScan Pro OCR effectively eliminates the time and efforts of manually typing the information into your desired destination fields, most commonly off of photocopies that you just spent time collecting.
